Most times if you want to make a reservation to be taken to the airport, work or a doctors appointment all you have to do is pick up the phone and call us and we'll set it up. But if what you want is a weekend or holiday reservation, then below you will find exactly how its done.

If you need a reservation for Weekends and Holidays please know that there are only so many cabs and a very BIG Medina County, 422 square miles to be exact. We can offer LIMITED reservations for those nights, please read the procedures outlined below:

Aadvantage Cab drivers are independent contractors who not only give up time with their friends and family, but work a very long day. Often what happens is that people make a reservation and cancel or change it at the last minute or keep the driver waiting causing them to be late for other runs hurting our customer service and costing them money. With that in mind, we have SPECIFIC procedures for holidays, weekends, late nights and other high volume times of the year.

We realize that EVERYONE wants to stay till closing time, but that means EVERYONE wants a cab at the same time. We can’t guarantee we’ll be there if you wait till the last minute so please plan accordingly.

**PLEASE NOTE: A DEPOSIT IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR LATE NIGHT AND HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS**

As with a hotel room or rental car we require a minimum deposit (depending on your pick up and destination location) that starts at $35.00 ($45.00 on holidays). This must be made at the time of the reservation with a credit/debit card. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance and the deposit will be credited to your card within 30 days minus a 20% fee to cover costs. **If a reservation is secured within the 72 hour cancellation window, no refunds will be made if cancelled. If you fail to take the cab at the specific time reserved, the reservation will be forfeited and you must call dispatch for another pick up time as available on a first come, first served basis at additional cost. If you miss your cab because of not hearing your cell phone or whatever reason, we cannot guarantee another cab being able to pick you up. If one does, you will be charged for that cab fare separately from the missed reservation.
 
Example:
You make a 1 am reservation for pick up at a local night club. The cab should arrive sometime between 12:50 am and 1:10 am. When the cab arrives we will call you on the contact number that you give us at the time of reservation to let you know that they are there (DRIVERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE CAB TO COME IN AND GET YOU).You then have 10 minutes to enter the cab and leave, if you fail to answer the phone we’ll leave a voice mail, but the 10 minute driver wait time still begins. After 10 minutes the driver informs dispatch that they have a “no show” and are then given another call to take. You will then lose your deposit and have to call dispatch for the next available cab (first come first served). You will then have to pay again for your cab fare.

 
Since last minute changes affect the traffic flow at peak times causing delays to other reservations and customers, DRIVERS DO NOT have authority to change reservation times, pick up locations OR drop off destinations after 11PM. All changes to reservations must be approved by dispatch before loading and take off.  NO ADDITIONAL STOPS OUTSIDE OF RESERVATION DETAILS PERMITTED WITHOUT DISPATCH APPROVAL. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.
 
*Aadvantage Cab or it's independent contract driver cannot be held responsible for delays outside of their control. This includes but is not limited to weather, traffic, mecahnical breakdowns or other public disturbances. If the cab is delayed, every attempt will be made to contact you with the number you supply and we will pick you up as soon as possible. If the delay is OUR fault (SEE ABOVE) you will not be charged for missing the cab.*

**Finally, we cannot pick up at clubs or parties outside of Medina County, even if we take you there. So please make return arrangements with the cab company in that city or county for your safe return.**
